We have a locked in a date for Tuggeranong United Football Club annual Adam Fry Memorial event, this being Saturday July 6. This event is held each year to remember their team mate Adam and raise funds for Epilepsy ACT.
Adam Fry was a Tuggies State League player who died as a result of an epileptic seizure in 2004. The Adam Fry Memorial has been run by TUFC for 15 years in memory of Adam. The event has been run in a variety of different forms, and always raised money for Epilepsy ACT. Adam's parents Richard and Rhonda are regular attendees and will be attending again this year.
We are looking for volunteers to help at the canteen during the day, games are expected to run from 9am to about 5pm and there will also be set up and pack up. If you are able to help for part of the day please phone 02 6287 4555 or email epilepsy@epilepsyact.org.au
