Nutrition Australia Cooking Workshop
Our fun and interactive cooking workshop will increase kitchen confidence and help to develop healthy eating habits for children living with Epilepsy.
Children will get hands on exploring a range of healthy foods and prepare 2 of their very own healthy dishes.
All children will receive copies of the recipes and additional food activities.
The class will be facilitated by Leanne Elliston, Program Manager and Accredited Practising Dietitian of Nutrition Australia ACT who has an understanding of Epilepsy. Leanne has over 18 years experience in clinical and community dietetics and has a passion for helping children establish a healthy relationship with food.
