Get Involved

Epilepsy ACT faces an ongoing challenge to raise sufficient funds to help the increasing number of people who contact us for information and support.

an enthusiastic crowd of people waving

With no current or ongoing funding from the Government, Epilepsy ACT is dependent on community support to enable us to continue to make a difference in the lives of people living with epilepsy in the ACT.

Donating to Epilepsy ACT will help us to improve the quality of life of people with epilepsy through support, information and advocacy also with research. A donation will also allow us to continue to have a presence in the ACT to develop, improve and promote our services and programs to assist children, teens, adults, families, carers, health, education and disability workers as well as to educate the community.

With more then 400,000 Australians and approximately 8000 ACT residents living with epilepsy the demands on our resources are great. There are many ways you (your family, friends and/or workplace/school) can help. By sharing your knowledge/contacts, giving your time, energy and/or money you will make a difference to the lives of children and adults living with epilepsy!
